Leiligheten har to plan; i hovedetasjen er det bad, kjøkken, stue og et stort soverom. På øverste plan er det kontor med uttrekkbar dobbelseng, TV-krok og en alkove med seng. Sengeplassene i øvre del (soverom 2 og 3) er ikke egne rom med egen dør, men i alkove på hems. Det er ikke heis.
