Apartment overlooking the sea. Beautiful sea views. Access to the beach below your apartment. Your own terrace to sit and watch the sun go down [or come up]. These are brand new apartments. Each apartment has a master bedroom and bathroom. There is a kitchen dining area and a seaview terrace with a table and chairs. The apartments are fully furnished . Each unit has refrigerator, kettle , microwave and toaster. Downstairs in the communal area there are laundry ,BBQ and cooking facilities.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Have nice ocean and mountain view. Very quite and you’ll have the entire flat for yourself. We have dogs but they are not allowed inside the house. Ralfie is old and grumpy so just don’t mind him. Anyways our home as you can see, it’s in mountain we don’t have anything to offer besides clean quite spacious flat. But if there’s anything we can do just please let us know. NO WI-Fi available (SORRY) but data phone works good here.

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.

The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.
