Alt på hytta kan disponeres, også båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor og kano. Det er en landgrunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. Noen meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Det er bygget helt ny flytebrygge. Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

Liten hytte med sjarm på Øståsen i Vikersund. 40 min gange oppover fra parkeringsplassen. Her råder det enkle liv uten strøm og vann. Veien opp er en fin tur, litt tung enkelte partier. Anbefaler å gå opp før det blir mørkt. Husk gode sko og varme klær. På toppen venter premien, flatt og fint med nydelig utsikt:) Køyeseng på kjøkkenet, sovesofa i stuen.
