Our 10 year old home has four bedrooms three baths, theater room, gas fireplace, bar outdoor fire pit, open concept kitchen, nestled in a mountain landscape. Beautiful private beach with a playground, picnic area and boat launch only a short walk away. Tennis courts and a basketball court centrally located within the community. Boat rentals available on the lake. Multiple ski areas close by. Easy access to local and state snowmobile trails and the lake for ice fishing right out of the driveway.

Our cozy, warm cabin is set in a tranquil, picture perfect pine grove. A three minute walk to Davis Pond and 15 minutes from North Conway and ski resorts. The perfect getaway spot whether you need to unplug or plan an adventure. The home is comfortable and modern without compromising the rustic White Mountain charm, outfitted with all the amenities, a work station and a full outdoor space. We have put a lot of thought into this space and are confident that it will translate into a magical stay.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Modern cabin tucked privately in the forest. Loaded with modern amenities make it perfect for a romantic getaway. Unwind in the hot tub looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a Sauna while being surrounded by nature all around. Relax by the fire pit. Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Large, open, and bright. My condo on Lake Ossipee has four levels of relaxing living space, including beds to sleep 6 (max allowed per new Ossipee permit rules). One king, one Queen and two pairs of Twins in four bedrooms. Open plan, comfortable living room and den along with granite in the kitchen, new hardwood floors and tile throughout. 3.5 baths including a master bath, make this house very comfortable for large families and groups

Our lake house is nestled into the woods with direct access to Ossipee lake. “The Pancake House” combines the best of a campy camp with modern amenities. The mountain view from the lake is stunning! Our game room, lakefront recreation options and two additional living rooms will keep everyone relaxed and entertained with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We are centrally located to many outdoor activities.
