Wilderness Beech Cabin on Private Lake

Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its tranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats are provided. Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Welcome to the Little John Tiny Cabin! This tiny cabin is located on Little John Drive, a plowed road AND part of the main snowmobile trail system on Tug Hill. The Tug Hill fun doesn’t stop when the snow melts. The ATV trails are plentiful, as well as the hiking, hunting, fishing and swimming opportunities! The Little John Tiny Cabin makes the perfect hub for your adventure. With WiFi, coffee, and linens included, all you’ll need to bring is some fresh clothes and a bite to eat!

Welcome to our cozy cottage! This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch our smart tv. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage!

Bear Hill One Room Cabin with Hot Tub

Unplug during your trip in the middle of the woods, tiny rustic one room cabin with hot tub sits in Little John Forest and borders the Boylston snowmobile trail system Perfect for snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 4 with a sofa bed and a bunk bed that holds a queen and full mattress. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower.
