Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Beautiful view of the city and harbour, and sunrise and sunsets A lovely garden and a deck looking out over the city, which guests are welcome to enjoy We welcome dogs but pre approval is required. Dogs must be toilet trained, well behaved and social. They must have their own bed/crate .they bring their own bedding or crates We have a secure, dog friendly back yard that our dog, Poppy, is happy to share Drive 6min to CBD or 1 min walk to the bus stop A 10min drive to beautiful Larnachs Castle

Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Welcome to Minaret - you'll enjoy a cozy and private stay in beautiful Wanaka. Our retreat offers stunning mountain and lake views, a beautiful park-like garden, and private external access. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Lake Hayes Escape - Queenstown - Arrowtown

Located right on the lake front of Lake Hayes this stylish alpine apartment is absolutely perfect for your stay. Incredibly warm with all day sun even in winter. Central location close to everything. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Complimentary shampoo, and shower gel also provided. All linens and towels laundered with love and care ,with no nasty chemicals ,hung out in the natural sunlight environment to dry .

Warm, sunny and stylish, close to Owaka and central to all the local attractions, The Forrester Suite is the perfect spot for your Catlins getaway. We are within short driving distances of all the places you’ll want to take in: Surat Bay with its Sea Lions, Jacks Bay Blowhole and the Kaka Point lighthouse to name just a few. Be sure to book your evening meal in Owaka at the "Lumberjack" or instead pick up takeaways from the "Bakehouse".

Private space on a lifestyle block, close to town.

My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.

Wanaka Outlet Oasis - home away from home

This gorgeous 1 bedroom studio unit is perfectly located to experience all Wanaka has to offer. Separate from the main house, you will enjoy a quiet warm spot to rest and recharge. Only a 2 min drive to the outlet river and boat ramp, Hikuwai bike/walking tracks and Mt Iron Walk. Enjoy having a full kitchen, a washing machine and a BBQ.or wander 5 mins to the cafe/bar for a coffee, meal or drink.
