Tucked away in beautiful Kōpūtai - Port Chalmers, Dunedin, is my historic 1882 one bedroom fully furnished apartment, a cosy retreat with all day sun! Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. This studio room features a queen bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.
