Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

Located on a quiet, beautiful country road in Unadilla, NY sits our cozy 900 sq ft Hilltop Camp with an incredible view that lets you see for miles. We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Get a true cabin experience! This A-Frame cabin is tucked away by green landscapes. Near the Catskill region of Upstate NY. 7 minutes from the infamous Gilbertsville Farmhouse Goat Yoga, 5 minutes to Butternuts Park, 35 minutes from The Baseball Hall Of Frame, and a ton of nature in between. The outside area has a deck, a fire pit area, a hammock, great views, and an incredible sight of the Milky Way on a clear night. The stars here will blow you away. Hawkhill, an idyllic and secluded getaway. 2 bedrooms, queen beds. high speed WiFi. Electric heat, wood stove. Enjoy the fire and watch the wildlife. Fire pit. Driveway access all year. Trails to the pond, creek, and a small waterfall. Oneonta 20 minutes. Cooperstown 45 minutes. Visit charming Franklin. Amazing second story deck that faces only woods. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Stand alone ac unit in main room in July/August. There is a camera facing the driveway. No cleaning fee.

Secluded and Private Catskills Cabin with a View

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.
