The lower level of Row hosts a Beauty Collective where guests can enjoy convenient access to beauty treatments by appointment.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

This remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with queen-sized sleeper sofa is located in downtown North Utica, just a short distance from the breathtaking Starved Rock State Park. House boarders an active train track.

This condo, right off I 80, showcases a large bathroom, with a heated floor and a 2 person walk-in shower, has a large chef kitchen. The living room is comfortable with a 65" tv, and a dedicated work space. The cozy bedroom features a queen size bed, 65" tv, and a comfy sitting area. The deck has a grill, eating and lounging areas. Many restaurants, stores and gas stations near by . Not suitable for large gatherings or parties.

Van Buren B&B, an Ottawa Family Retreat Property

Quaint pet friendly one bedroom just south of the river but close enough to walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, and events such as the Wine and Jazz Fest, Oktoberfest, Kringle Market and much more. Just a few blocks from the I&M canal path for walking or biking, and a quicks drive to Starved Rock State Park and Skydive Chicago. This property is duplex and you have a private upstairs apartment, with private entrance.
