WATERFRONT APARTMENT, BEATYFULLY LOCATED – CLOSE TO ODENSE CENTER - Free parking and bikes available. Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Apartment in romantic and peaceful surroundings

1 bedroom apartment in a country house with 55000 squats metres of fields with fruit trees and several animals. Guests have their own private entrance. Apartment consists of a small kitchen, toilet and shower room and a living room with a sofa bed. Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

30m2 hyggeligt anneks, beliggende smukt ned til Ollerup sø. Opført i 2022 med rå murstensvægge og træ lofter, hvilket giver en helt speciel atmosfære. Egner sig bedst til 2 personer eller lille familie. 140x 200cm seng i stuen, samt en hems med mulighed for yderligere to overnattende gæster. (2 enkelt madrasser) Ikke ståhøjde på hemsen. Der er egen indgang, træ terrasse og adgang til Ollerup sø. Indtjekning fra kl.16.00 Udtjekning senest kl. 12.00 Spørg, hvis tidspunkterne ikke passer.

Moderne strandhus bygget i 2021 kun 25 meter fra vandkanten med herlig panoramaudsigt over Kattegat. Komplet køkken og moderne inventar. Gratis parkering foran huset. Hasmark har børnevenlig strand og ligger 10 min. fra naturskønne Enebærodde. I nærheden findes mange aktiviteter: Legeplads, badeland, minigolf. Dyr og rygning ej tilladt. I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. Er du på ferie, er dette et perfekt udgangspunkt for at besøge Jylland. Centralt beliggende, tæt på Legoland, Lalandia, Giveskud safari park

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Huset ligger 10 min i bil fra nærmeste indkøbsmulighed (6km) og kun 15 minutter fra storbyen Odense (12km). Kun 15 min (13 km) til nærmeste badestrand. Der hører parkering med til værelset Huset er røgfrit

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Private small house with big bedroom own bathroom and kitchen. The location is in the absolute center of the City and in the area where H. C. Andersen was born. Just outside the door is a small square where you twice a week will find a markedplace. Pubs, restaurants, cafe's, casino and concerthall are located within 100 meters distance. You Can easily walk to the trainstation in less than 10 min.

The house is located close to the beach, which can be reached in 5-10 minutes by a private nature path. The central city of Middelfart is only 7 minutes by car, and you can reach Odense en just 30 minutes. Billund and Legoland is 50 minutes away and Århus 1 hour.
