The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Lookout Lodge at Jack Mountain

Enjoy a peaceful getaway with stunning mountain views! (4x4 or AWD is required) This property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There is currently 2 other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.

Nettles Nest Country Inn

Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
