The Waterfall cabin is located in a quiet romantic setting with your very own waterfall just steps away from the cabin. This cabin is ADULT only and has a maximum occupancy of two. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows in the open fire pit. The cabin is just minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, gift shops, eatery's, brewery's, bath houses and some of the best hiking trails in Arkansas. The cabin does have a DVD player with movies, games and puzzles.

Surrounded by towering pines, this gorgeous 1100 sqft, 1 bed/1 bath cabin w/ hot tub is perfectly situated on 1 peaceful and quiet acres. Located minutes from restaurants and the state park-it is the ultimate romantic getaway for a couples. *EV Owners will need to bring their own mobile charger. We provide a Level 2 outlet for charging.* *Rental agreement will be emailed to guests for completion upon booking.*

Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
