نقدم لكم شقة فريدة من نوعها تقع في الطابق الأخير من عمارة آمنة تحتوي على حارس دائم. الشقة تتميز بسطح خاص واسع، للإسترخاء، وجلسة مفتوحة تسمح بالاستمتاع بالشمس والسماء. تتكون الشقة من ثلاث غرف نوم مريحة ،اربعة أسرة وسرير مزدوج وحمام مع مرحاض ومرحاض آخر ، ومطبخ مجهز بالكامل، بالإضافة إلى صالة واسعة مع مساحة معيشة مريحة. كما تحتوي على سقف زجاجي يسمح بدخول أشعة الشمس الطبيعية ويمنح المكان جوًا دافئًا ومضيئًا. ويوجد واي فاي و مطبخ مجهز و مصعد . كما تبعد عن البحر مسافة 15 دقيقة فقط مشيًا على الأقدام،
