My apartment is a stylish studio with a walking distance from the center. My aparment is located just a stone´s throw away from Oulu riverside, and the nearest shop and nearby restaurants are less than 100 meters away. Bus connections are good (the nearest bus stop is located 70 meters away). My apartment is located on the first floor (not on the ground level) and the apartment has been fully renovated. The apartment is located in the idyllic Intiö district, 10 minute walking distance from downtown's amenities and Raksila's supermarket cluster. City bus stop is located right next to the building. The building is quiet and the residents are friendly. Intiö's famous yellow water tower lies right next to the building. There's a beautiful cemetery nearby, which can be used as a shortcut to reach the bigger markets. The apartment is suitable for couples, singles, businessmen and small families.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
