Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. A truly luxurious couples retreat! This private villa style getaway has its own private access and and deck space to relax in and features an hot outdoor shower. Fitted out with quality furnishings and fixtures and is equiped with everything you need! Location really doesn't get better than this. You are across the road from beautiful Blue Lagoon Beach! With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

If you are interested in what true off-grid living is like, spend a few nights unwinding and reconnecting with yourself and nature. A self-sustainable place that uses solar power, composting toilet, gas cooking and fresh tank water. Leave your devices at home (there is no 240v power to plug into) and just let go!
