Bring your Kayak and enjoy the Mtn air in the comfort of our little Cabin on 5 wooded acres with a private Lake. Listen to the coyote's howl, campfires burn bright, and night sky's brindle with the twinkle of distant stars and fireflies. Daytime, pull on the hiking boots and enjoy nearby state parks, lakes, and waterfalls. Just 3.5 miles off I-40, bounce in town or down the mtn for the perfect meal. Zipline, paddleboat, campfires & memories abound! We are close by to assist if needed.

Sweet Southern Retreat near Dale Hollow Lake

Welcome to the Cox-Dean Family Cabin near beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of 17 acres of undeveloped land from the comfort of an updated and well-equipped log cabin. Features 3 bedrooms, a loft with 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a board game closet, charcoal grill, a smart TV and fiber/gig speed internet. Central heat/air and city water/sewer. **NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES AS OF JULY 2025** NOTE: We do NOT have cable or satellite TV, only streaming services.

Dale Hollow Lake- The Lake House w/ Hot Tub

Stay at this peaceful retreat that’s just a short walk from Eastport Marina on Dale Hollow Lake! Spend a day on the lake, (bring a boat / rent one at the marina) explore hiking trails and waterfalls in the area, and relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. This spacious cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8, and has a wrap around porch with plenty of seating. Inside there’s foosball, air hockey, and board games, and outside there’s cornhole and a fire pit. Pets allowed with a fee.

You'll enjoy a bird’s eye view of Putnam and Overton counties, all from an elevation of approximately 2,000 ft. Wildlife, peacefulness, and tranquility meet modern amenities in this new (2020) concrete log home!

The Vine House

Tucked away in the charming town of Livingston, TN, this cozy getaway is the ultimate place to relax. Locally owned and operated by family, for your convenience. This newly renovated getaway has all the extras you deserve right down to the luxury bedding, fluffy towels and coffee with fixings. You are within walking distance to the historical town square and short drive to several marinas on the famous Dale Hollow Lake and several State Parks. PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING.

Cottage King Suite, Dogs OK, Easy Ten to Town

Easy drive off 1-40 and to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls and hiking. The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

The Suite at Waterloo Falls- entire suite

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.
