Culper Retreat

Culper Retreat is a peaceful and centrally-located place between Livingston and Cookeville, TN. Close enough to shops, activities, and restaurants, but far enough away to only hear the crickets in the evening. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is ideal for a couple's weekend away or an extended stay visiting nearby family and friends. This place offers a open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very spacious and inviting! No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee.

Wildlife, peacefulness, and tranquility meet modern amenities in this new (2020) concrete log home!

Brotherton Mt cabin Cookeville w/RV hook-up

This cabin started its life off as a Mill and was rebuilt on Brotherton Mountain just 10 minutes from Cookeville Tennessee. This 2 bed 2 bath cabin sits on 12 beautiful acres of woods, rock and wildlife. The outdoor picnic area and comfy cabin makes this a great place for friends and family to visit or as a base camp while you enjoy all that middle Tennessee has to offer. There is an RV hook up on the property just in case you want to bring the mother-in-law or grumpy teenage daughter.

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy all Cookeville and Algood have to offer! Just a couple of miles to Tennessee Tech.
