Welcome to the Cox-Dean Family Cabin near beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of 17 acres of undeveloped land from the comfort of an updated and well-equipped log cabin. Features 3 bedrooms, a loft with 4 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a board game closet, charcoal grill, a smart TV and fiber/gig speed internet. Central heat/air and city water/sewer. **NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES AS OF JULY 2025** NOTE: We do NOT have cable or satellite TV, only streaming services.

Off I-40 …exit 290 and easy drive to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls and hiking. The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Want to get away from it all? Between the Waters is the place to come! We're steps away from State Forest hiking trails, Standing Stone State Park, Dale Hollow Lake & Cumberland River. Make long-lasting memories with a day on the lake, hike in the park, a campfire at night or board games for some fun! Enjoy our Amish-built cabin with all the amenities of home, yet all the peace & quiet you want. We're close to all that's popular in the area, including festivals & fairs.

The Suite at Waterloo Falls- entire suite

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Bear Necessities by East Port Marina & Dale Hollow

Cabin is equipped with fireplace, WIFI, Smart TV’s, central heat and air conditioning, gas grill, and a hot tub. Bear Necessities can sleep 13 guests. The loft bedroom offers two queen size beds, and a private bathroom. The main floor offers a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen complete with stove top range and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The living area offers a beautiful stone fireplace, and luxurious leather furniture.

2BR Near I 40 close to TN Tech

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy all Cookeville and Algood have to offer! Just a couple of miles to Tennessee Tech. Ball fields are nearby! 2 miles off Highway 111. Not far off I40. Perfect if in town for weekend ball games, TN Tech events or just an overnight stay! This cozy 2BR has room for 4 guests. Full kitchen, washer and dryer and large yard. Pet friendly. This is a second story unit.

Welcome to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and beautifully remodeled 1,440 sq ft lake house (updated summer 2024). Large sliding glass doors open to spacious 16' x 30' covered lakeside decks on both floors, offering stunning panoramic views of Dale Hollow Lake from indoors and out. All bookings require copies of driver’s licenses for adult guests, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit hold. Limited propane provided.
