Yet, it is just 20 minutes west of downtown Port Angeles - far enough to feel “away from it all,” but close enough to enjoy the town’s amenities.

The cabin's gracious floor to ceiling windows let you soak in the views while you cozy up by the fireplace. Whether you are inside or out, you will be getting your much needed dose of nature.

Local hiking trails, great restaurants 15 minutes away in town. 15 minutes to the nearest park entrance, Lake Crescent, beaches, kayak rentals, wine tasting and more. Relax and enjoy the amazing view from the deck of this unique glamping site. This hillside getaway was created from a culvert and planted into the side of a hill, nestled among trees and forest flora. Low voltage lighting, propane on demand hot water, cook top and heater. The view overlooks a pond, the valley below with Mt. Baldy in the background. An outdoor shower also has an awesome view! This countryside glamping site is near the ONP, Discovery trail, and Port Angeles.

Boutique hotel-style private suite—part of a larger home surrounded by trees. Guests say our space is “beautiful, peaceful and clean.” You may hear some light noise transfer or see others guests (or our family) on the property. Be aware that the Roost is located on the top floor (up 2 flights of stairs). Our favorite restaurants, hiking, biking, kayaking and beach access spots are all within a 30 minute drive. This wonderfully charming lakeside retreat offers ample parking, a full kitchen, full bath, outdoor BBQ, two stand up paddle boards and a two person kayak for guest use.

Beautiful RUSTIC cabin right on the Lyre River. Private camping with friends and family! You MUST bring your own bedding, sleeping bags, pillows, cooking utensils, lights and firewood. During the off-season the bathroom is a rustic outhouse. A port-a-potty is provided during peak season. Mini fridge. No WiFi. There is running cold water in the cabin and one outlet for charging personal devices.
