This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with 2 Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with individually controlled heat and a/c.

We have 80 feet of private lakefront with a stone retaining wall. The house has modern renovations with antique decor and central air. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there is plenty to entertain indoors, and it's close enough to explore the Finger Lakes, Auburn, Aurora, and Skaneateles. Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Unbelievable quaint cottage on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. Cozy up in this adorable lakeside getaway. Enjoy 140 feet of level lake front. Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
