This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. You are minutes from stores/ food.

Cozy One Bedroom Apartment in the Country

What was originally a hay loft has been converted into a country chic barn apartment. We would love to host you and your friends and family (including actual kids and fur kids) on our property. Children love collecting eggs from the chicken coop and everyone loves a short hike to the creek. We are only an hour from Mammoth Cave National Park and an hour from Holiday World in Santa Claus Indiana. The local community has charming little shops, several restaurants, and The Beaver Dam amphitheater.

Family friendly 2 bed 2 bath! Charming and convenient space in downtown historic Newburgh. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

Nest: 1905 Carriage House Apartment

Our renovated 1912 carriage house was designed exclusively for Airbnb guests! Set in the midst of Semper Fulgens gardens, this luxury apartment is small but features a large bathroom with clawfoot tub, a loft bedroom with king sized bed, a sitting area, and coffee bar. There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.

Crouse’s North Ninety Lake House

If you want a place where you can be socially distanced, this is the place! (discounts for weekly or monthly stays.) The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

This is a four season resort/stay, with long summers and mild winters.

Welcome to the Dr. J.R. Mitchell House! Built in 1909 as what is believed to be the first animal clinic in Evansville, this century-old home has been renovated and modernized. This downstairs apartment was Dr. Mitchell’s original animal clinic while his family’s quarters was located upstairs. Inside, you’ll discover urban comfort at our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment and be just steps away from shopping, dining, and all that the downtown riverfront area has to offer.

The little big cozy house offers you a place where you can relax and feel at home. a spacious kitchen with all the necessary elements such as The 3 bedrooms ,that invite you to rest with very suitable beds For you to spend a magnificent and comfortable night. The patio is a space where you can enjoy a grill surrounded by family or friends. This house is an excellent location that gives you quick access to any part of owensboro.

Guests will have their own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. It is a 2 room space (250sf) Has a queen memory foam bed . A bathroom and a kitchenette in the next room (with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, panini press) fold down couch for 3rd guest You will get much more from us than a hotel room and much cheaper! Pet fees $20 per stay $5 guest fee per day after 2.

When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit. The sofa has one pullout bed. The master suite has one queen bed. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, plates, utensils, and washer and dryer. No more than two pets. Pets must be under 30 pounds each.
