106 Windstone: A Hidden Gem!

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Walk to Square (7/10 mi.) for food, music, books, shops; visit Faulkner's home (3 doors down); take wooded path to Ole Miss . . . all from your private barn-turned-cabin with porch. Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Continental breakfast provided, as well.

A half mile walk to the Square and 1 mile walk to Ole Miss campus and athletic events. Guest suite is attached to the main house (separated by an interior breezeway), separate exit and entrance is down a walkway on the left side of the home with keypad entry/exit.
