Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided.
