Set in the hills of Bucks enjoying arguably the finest views in the area is The Annex. The Annex is new for 2025, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standards. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

Stay at The Courtyard, a beautiful stone barn conversion set in 2-acre private grounds in the Cotswolds, close to Soho Farmhouse, Oxford & Shakespeare's Stratford. Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Parlour Farm Stay With Pool

Entire beautiful Cotswolds barn on a farm with an indoor heated pool, park area and access to visit Manor Farm onsite where you can meet and feed animals! Sleeping 4 adults 2 children. Based nearby to popular tourist spots such as Burford, where you'll find Jeremy Clarkson's pub and shop 'The Farmers Dog', or pay a visit to Cotswolds Wildlife Park and Zoo, or head down to the river just a 5 minute walk away where you can paddle board and hire boats!
