You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

My place is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), Wales Coastal Path (1 minute walk) and Oxwich Bay Hotel (3 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, ambience, outdoors space (backdrop of a wood), neighbourhood, and 50 Mbs FTTP Wifi. It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

Summer or winter, ideal for couples or families interested in the outdoors or those simply wanting to "chill" away from the city. Perfect setting with uninterrupted views over the Gower peninsular and Carmarthenshire coast, on the coastal walking path and cycle track. The Jack Nicklaus golf course at Macynys and the Asburnham links course in Burry Port are very close by. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.

Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

Can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. Not 4 adults sorry. This cabin is right on the Gower coastal path so you can be as active or as laid back as you like. Watch the sunset and sunrise, loose yourself under the night stars as you star gaze until your hearts content. Award winning beaches just five mins drive away or if you like to walk let your feet take you there. Fantastic local pubs and restaurants.
