Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Mari's house

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο (ενιαίος χώρος) στο κέντρο του Γαΐου στους Παξούς, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με εσωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα-βεράντα. Η ανακαίνιση βασίστηκε στη διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ αναδεικνύοντας τα φυσικά υλικά: πέτρα, ξύλο, σίδερο.
