There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. It is also close to shopping, restaurants, Florida West Hospital, local colleges and Escambia Bay. Pensacola Beach is only 17 miles away. This home features all new furnishings, a huge kitchen, dining room and enclosed patio space where you can relax and unwind after a sun-filled day at the beach, shopping or sightseeing. You'll find the neighborhood quiet and safe.
