Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden and we will be on site to welcome you, and to 'show you the ropes'.
