Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

North Padre Island Escape: Dog allowed King bed

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. The condo is a quiet getaway on the canals that represents the island lifestyle (including furry family members). WIFI - for business, school, or entertainment. Park your boat in one of the slips or let your kids take advantage of the great park down the street. Need some beach time? Load the car or rent a golf cart and take the 5 minute trip to Whitecap.

A short walk from the beach, come enjoy your stay at this cozy ocean view retreat. Sip your cup of coffee or enjoy a nice dinner while watching the sunrise/sunset on the balcony. This cute little gem is close to many bars/restaurants. Golf cart available and recommended at the lowest rate on the island with condo rental. This 1/1 king suite has a brand new memory foam mattress, a futon couch/bed, & 2 smart TV’s. Beach chairs and equipment included.
