Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

One of the Padstow's most iconic buildings, Marble Arch Cottage is truly unique. Think bijou, petite and memorable. Close to the heart of the town, 3 minutes to the harbour, you'll find the cottage feels secluded and private. Step into Marble Arch passageway, slip through the Cottages's narrow door and you will immediately feel in another world. Well appointed and cosy, the Cottage is very close to all that Padstow has to offer including great eateries, spectacular walks and fantastic beaches.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a purpose built shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. This dog secure area has an outdoor patio and small sheltered sitting shelter. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

Nestled in a secure, gated, private courtyard on the waters edge in the beautiful harbour village of Mousehole, this family-owned owned newly refurbished, bijou bolthole of a converted net loft promises a memorable experience. Parking is very close by in the South Quay Carpark for £10 a day, spaces not guaranteed. Sea Views from the bedroom and the sitting room. Fantastic Wifi. Superb location. Smell the sea air from the open windows
