This Efficiency Apartment includes kitchen with granite counter tops and center Island, washer and dryer, large bath room with walk in tiled shower, gathering area with full sized couch, and a double bed. This fully furnished studio includes linens, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, separate entrance. Pets allowed upon approval with a fee. Cleaning is a top priority with us. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol, making sure everything is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Great location! This is an apartment located across the street from Baptist Health Hospital. Apartment has its own private entrance. Two blocks from Carson Park and Keiler Park. Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Funky Little Shack at Grand Rivers

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Walking distance to Patti’s, Badgett Playhouse, Iron Bell Coffee, Between the Lakes Taphouse! Firepit & seating area out back for relaxing!

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room with a kitchenette only, a large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!
