Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Guests love our king & queen beds, plush linens, 50"TV & stocked kitchen. Your comfort is my priority! Might allow a dog>40lbs, MUST be pre-approved & pet fee $40.

It has a kitchenette, but not a full kitchen.

Nightly rate includes access to the Lake Barkley State Park fitness center (about a 5 minute drive from the cabin) complete with heated indoor pool, full gym, sauna, steam room, hot tub. Owners, Tony and Karen, live on site and work hard to make sure your stay is excellent.
