Just 8 minutes from up-town restaurants (15 to the downtown hot springs) but far enough away for peace and quiet. This is the perfect basecamp for hiking and biking! National Forest Access with 40+ miles of riding and hiking trails less than 1/3rd mile down our road. Numerous more trails nearby! Our RiverView Loft has a mountain modern style with new furnishings throughout. The finishes are very attractive to the eye. We are located in downtown Pagosa Springs across the street from the San Juan River. A relaxing walk to all the Hot Springs, geothermal domes, breweries, parks and so much more is all within 5 to 15 minutes from our loft. We also live on-site next door to the loft. We also provide garden area with a relaxed atmosphere. CAUTION ⚠️ our stairs are ship stairs.

It's only two miles from City Market and the uptown shops, yet we're surrounded by nature and often visited by wildlife. The location is special because you can walk out the door, go down a small hill and then you will be on a trail which leads into the Martinez Creek trail.
