The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed Grade 2 listed two bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, known for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance, unrestricted parking, and a on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. This modern airy g/f apartment has a lovely sun-trap courtyard garden ideal for outdoor dining/working. Speedy Wi-Fi for remote workers. The sizeable lounge/kitchen/diner with two seating areas (breakfast bar & window-seat table) & large comfy sofas offer good chill-out space. The romantic four-poster adds a touch of class. Late 1pm check-out.

Located on a hill, with only a 7 minute walk to the waterfront, this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is the perfect get away for couples, with ample space for a travel cot. As well as a designated parking space in this gated property, the apartment boasts a private entrance, which leads directly out to the decked area, a great place to watch the sun set through the trees each evening. There are two bathrooms for convenience, and a well equipped kitchen to accommodate you.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

We are located 2 miles from the beach and all the outdoor activities you would expect from your holiday in the English Riviera!
