A beautiful and peaceful spot on Dartmoor, secured spacious garden. Gorgeous walks at the door. This private cottage also boasts spacious rooms, open fire (winter) 3 double bedrooms, dining area and 2 bathrooms. A cosy cottage with a gym, full sized snooker table, air hockey, table tennis table at no extra cost. Garden Cottage a cosy detached one bedroom unit

We are situated on a working farm approximately 6 miles from Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge and just 15 minutes from the coast. Garden Cottage is a cosy one bedroom unit with access to a large indoor heated swimming pool, children's play area and plenty of room to explore and walk, the Old Inn at Halwell is a mile away along a green lane. The cottage has a well equipt kitchen There is a lounge diner. One large family room with king size bed, single bed and two fold out chair beds.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.

Only 3 miles away from the English Riviera Coast and the historic town of Totnes, with its excellent range of independent shops and restaurants.

Comfortable 6-birth caravan just a 10 minute walk away from Dawlish Warren Beach and local ameneties. The caravan itself is very spacious with an electric fireplace, gas central heating and full kitchen. Situated in Dawlish Warren, there is plenty to do nearby, from dog walks or the adventure park for children. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
