From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

This spacious corner house in Pakefield enjoys a quiet position with fantastic views of the sea and the medieval church opposite. The sand and pebble beach in front is only a few steps away. Pakefield is a quiet village just south of Lowestoft, a traditional sea side resort, with wide, sandy award winning beaches. These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.
