Go 1 block south of us for public access lighted fishing piers, boat ramp, and family-friendly beach. One block to the north and you will find a variety of food options and cute boutique shopping.

Welcome to your coastal escape on Tres Palacios Bay! This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath waterfront home sits in a quiet, gated community with stunning views and resort-style amenities. 3/4 Acre on Keller Bay! Lighted private fishing pier with green lights, and beautiful sunset views! Private get away big enough for the whole family! House has Wi-Fi, and TV apps to catch the game or watch a movie. Great fishing, great duck hunting! Newly remodeled home with all the fixings. Garage to store your all equipment during your stay. Washer/Dryer, Minutes from boat launch and public park. 10-15 minutes to Port Lavaca. Typically 3'-4' deep at end of pier year around. (Pending Weather)

Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), a park/play ground for the kids, and community fishing peer.
