It features 3 bedrooms, all ensuite, a modern interior with earthy tones, and an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. The villa's outdoor space includes a private infinity pool with a jacuzzi, a terrace with sunbeds and shading, an in-ground seating area, and an outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ, all offering stunning sea views and magical sunsets.

Kipseli Villa, in Vassiliki!

Villa Kipseli is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. With incredible views of the sea and the mountains and facing west to enjoy every evening an amazing sunset. All rooms have AC units, mosquito nets, electric shutters and the free WIFI signal is amplified by a Mesh system. The beach and the village centre is 5 min walking

"Joanna's Orange Garden " is a property located in the calm part of Lefkas town. The two storey building consists four private appartments which are fully equipped (living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace). Every appartment is suitable for 2 adults plus 2 kids (up to 12 years old) or 3 adults. The appartment is situated on the first floor with a nice top view to the orange garden.
