Paddle board the Santa Fe River, swim with manatees @ Ichetucknee Springs, or soak in the cool waters @ Blue Springs. The Historic town of Alachua, High Springs and Gainesville all within a 20 min drive.

Great fishing is around the bend, or off the dock. Conveniently situated in the middle of the Ocala national forest, Silver Glen and Juniper Springs are 15-20 mn away. This rustic cabin is surrounded by graceful live oaks and is often visited by wildlife like deer, bear & sandhill cranes.

Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925

This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
