The Studio-type Villa is 7km away from Puerto Princesa International Airport and it is 20-30mins travel by car or taxi. It has a 50 square meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The Baker's Hill Palawan, Mitra's Ranch, Hernandez Mansion, and Panja Resort is 5-15mins by foot.

Our quaint little hut is off the beaten road and off-the-grid, nestled on a hill overlooking the West Philippine Sea, between a private cove and a public beach. It is some 40-minute drive from the airport, with a spectacular view along the way. Our home may be small but it is a complete house - with toilet and bath, kitchen, a queen size bed, a desk, and a porch that serves as a dining area too. We call our place Serenity, as it simply exudes peace and tranquility.
