Villa Karma is a traditional 2-bedroom villa with a private pool of about 15 sqm with mountain views in the peaceful village of Kakopetros, 11 km from the village of Voukolies. An ideal place for nature lovers. A traditional cafe can be found in walking distance, whereas one tavern and a mini-market can be found at 6 km away. A few taverns and a supermarket can be found in Voukolies, at about 11 km away and the nearest shingle beach of Tavronitis at 19 km away. A car is needed for your holidays.

The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
