This beautiful property is the ideal base for travelers that wish to spend their holidays in a place that feels 100% like home. Guests enjoy the great luxury of swimming in the crystal clear waters of the well known sand dunes beaches of the area everyday if they wish as the first dune is just 5 minutes away from the house. The layout of the space is very convenient for one big family, two families with kids or a group of friends that wish to relax and enjoy themselves in the area of N.Peramos.

Holiday Family House 2 minutes from the beach

Perfect family house for vacation located less than 100m. from the beach. It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor).The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. It also has a child's bed. In the living room there is an open single bed (if necessary), fully equipped kitchen (microwave,oven,fridge), it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also A/C, fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden, BBQ.
