Sit on the deck, enjoying your favorite beverage, while gentle breezes come off the Atlantic or have lunch on the outdoor eating area under the oaks. Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.
