The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. (2 people max.) Your little haven will have a screened pool enclosure attached to the pool house’s private porch. During rental times, the pool area is private for you, neighbors aren’t able to see as well. Sorry, this place is not for gatherings, -of any kind. Absolutely no children.
