The apartments has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the home appliances you might need. The living room is spacious and with many large windows that let a lot of natural light in. There is also a narrow terrace to enjoy a coffee while watching people passing on the street. The apartment has been refurbished in August 2017. Baby cot and high chair available under request.

You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
