La cocina privada está totalmente equipada con nevera, horno, microondas, placa de cocina, lavavajillas, cafetera, hervidor, tostadora, utensilios, mesa de comedor y lavadora. También encontrarás plancha, tendedero, armario, perchero, ropa de cama y enchufes cerca de las camas. El baño privado incluye ducha, toallas, secador de pelo, papel higiénico y artículos esenciales. El suelo de baldosa y la decoración funcional crean un ambiente práctico y acogedor. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
