Vacation in the renowned Palmas Del Mar Beach Village resort. This amazing top floor Town home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 3 balconies with amazing ocean views of Los Vieques Island. The resort has Golf for a fee , a free kids park nearby bike rentals, and golf carts rentals as well. You can also ride horses at the equestrian center. Take the tennis lessons that you always wanted. 2 king Beds 2 Double beds. Pools are not included but have daily fees. Not guaranteed! Amazing views!.

This is a beautiful beach/pool front property. As you enter the unit, there is a half bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, living room, and a balcony The second level has the master bedroom with a bathroom and a view to the pool and the beach. A second bedroom located opposite to the master with a full bathroom as well. There is a third level with a futton where additional guests could stay if needed as well as access to 2 outdoor balconies with spectacular view to the beach and pool.

The condo has been renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms and furniture. The condo is also equipped with a battery backup generator that can last upto 7 days depending on usage. Palmas Del Mar has many other things to offer like restaurants, tennis courts, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding and a beautiful beach.

My apartment easily sleeps 6 guests & is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning!
