12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Our Airbnb is a family home, close to the city center, about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Plaza, Restaurants, Supermarkets, parks, and Centre Energy Trust Arena. our place is quiet and relaxing. It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

Beautiful home away from home.

Just a 8 minute drive from Palmerston North CBD, in the small village of Longburn. We have a newly renovated guest house situated at the back of our property. With three bedrooms and a fold out couch to relax on while you watch T.V. You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a central system throughout this beautiful space. One car or a car and trailer can be parked safely on the property if required. We have two cats but do not allow pets. Parties are prohibited. .

Location Location

"Location Location" is a charming cottage built in the 1950's and relocated to the rear section in the 1970's. In early 2024 she received a makeover which included a totally new kitchen and updated bathroom. She was then furnished through out. The cottage is extremely private, and we a lucky that our neighbors are private and quiet. Some of the cottage charm extends outside to a private and sunny courtyard shaded by native trees and a Tui who visits most days.

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

Located in the Manawatu just 10 minutes from Palmerston North and 10 mins from Feilding. Convenient to Manfield Chris Amon raceway or Robertson Prestige Speedway. Trailers, car transporters and larger vehicles can be accomodated on request.
