This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

12 The Lane is situated down a rural private lane. It is a luxurious self contained studio on a lifestyle block approximately 10 minutes to Palmerston North and 5 Minutes to Ashhurst and 15 minutes to Massey University by car. There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat Pepper, kitten Ink, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.

Our Loft is a 44 square metre private, boutique apartment located in the foothills of the Tararua ranges. It is nestled in our tranquil 18 acre, 5 star New Zealand Gardens Trust Garden of National Significance. Situated conveniently a 5 minute drive from Massey University, a supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants, Central Palmerston North is only a 15 minute drive away. Privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance and adjacent parking. There are several interesting walks in the area.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct. Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked. If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place. During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

Location Location

"Location Location" is a charming cottage built in the 1950's and relocated to the rear section in the 1970's. In early 2024 she received a makeover which included a totally new kitchen and updated bathroom. She was then furnished through out. The cottage is extremely private, and we a lucky that our neighbors are private and quiet. Some of the cottage charm extends outside to a private and sunny courtyard shaded by native trees and a Tui who visits most days.

Come and relax in our lovely comfortable Airbnb with an open-plan living area and sheltered deck. It is situated on a large section with a lovingly maintained garden, making it suitable for a family get away or for use when in town on a business trip. The Esplanade and river walk are only 800m away and the CBD is a quick 1.5km drive. We are also in close proximity to Massey University and UCOL. The friendly host will ensure you have everything you need.
