Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Sunny, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening out to a large deck on one side with a light and airy verandah; and on the other side, an astro-turf deck featuring a large sandpit. It's only a short distance to the local dairy and takeaways and nearby are quiet country roads, perfect for walks. Relax in a peaceful, friendly street. Zip into Palmy or Levin if you need to find shops and cafes - all around 15 minutes away.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

The house is situated in one of Palmerston Norths favourable suburbs. Close to Massey Uni, walking distance to a scenic stroll along the river and a 5 minute drive to town.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Welcome to our special homestead on 5 acres just out of town where you can enjoy tranquility and a slice of rural life. Access to a private 3 bedroom wing with separate entry from the main property. Be treated to great sunset views and interact with animals on the lifestyle block. There's an option to bring a horse along, extra stable charges will apply.
