Our pleasant bungalow is situated within 2 km of Palmerston North city centre, a few minutes drive (or walking) to many amenities including restaurants supermarkets fast food outlets Railway Station, yet so quiet residential area. fully fenced 3 bedroom comfortable house with modern bathroom laundry & upgraded kitchen and, full Sky TV package with Sports & Entertainment. This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

Ideally located for Massey, golf courses, sports grounds, cycle paths, river walks. Modern 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, large sunny lounge room, separate dining room/office space. Modern kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a short or long stay. Gas heater in lounge. Washing machine and parking space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Beds have inner spring pillow top mattresses, duvets, pillows and linen. The lounge has a 50 inch TV with Freeview and internet connection.

Riverdale Retreat - Spa pool & bath, & near shops

Customisable layout and beds. See floorplans. Bnb located behind the College st shops. A minutes walk from cafe, liquorland, dairy, sushi, bakery and $2 shop. Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct. Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked. If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place. During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

One bedroom self contained unit with new kitchen (June 2023) & built in wardrobe. Open plan kitchen & living with seperate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Private covered in deck plus seperate laundry facilities for guests. Located on a back section so private and quiet. Close to Palmerston North Hospital and Airport. Small shopping centres nearby along with cafes, supermarkets, takeaways & post shop. You may meet our two 2 nosey cats Baxter & Ruby during your stay.

Harakeke Cottage

We'd love to host you in our cute, fully self-contained guest cottage in rural Tokomaru. This little (but spacious) house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven/ microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washer/dryer, Sonos sound system to play your own music and free wifi. Less than 20 minutes to Palmerston North and 10 minutes to Massey University & Linton Army camp.

Kawau - Loft - Private Space

Kawau Loft is a private, totally self-contained accommodation space above our standalone garage. It has been completely renovated to provide a 2-level spacious, modern living space with all amenities - a home away from home. The loft and main house is on 1.5 acres with a large lawn and gardens you are free to wander. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
