Located right next to the Blue Eyed Daisy Bake Shop and steps away from The Hill restaurant, you have access to urban amenities while immersed in the rejuvenation of nature. Built in 1890, this rustic farmhouse has been newly renovated to bring modern & fresh touches while maintaining the unique characteristics of the old home, including the original shiplap! On 1 & a half acres of beautiful land, you truly feel you've escaped the hustle as you roam the spacious backyard or relax on the front porch. Located 7 min from the interstate, 20 min from the ATL airport, and 10 min from Trilith Studios

Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
